Located in Absecon, NJ, the CA Community Building is  a newly remodeled community building inside a multifamily residential development. Conceptualized by interior designer Alfonsina R. Waters and inspired by the simplicity of Scandinavian minimalism, this redesign project has transformed the building's public spaces into a haven of modern minimalism. The design scopes encompassed meticulous space planning, the selection of all new furniture and finishes, and art curated with consideration of the beach surroundings. The areas have been reimagined to create an airy and modern atmosphere, where residents can gather and connect. One notable change is the opening up of the kitchen, allowing it to overlook the great room, fostering a sense of openness and inclusivity. The sales offices have also been thoughtfully redesigned to appeal to future tenants. The CA community space embracing the natural beauty of its surroundings, where modernity and tranquility seamlessly converge, offering residents a place to gather, relax, and connect in style.
