ROOM 1HUNDRED

In Room 1Hundred, a new restaurant and speakeasy that captures the essence of the Prohibition Era, you'll find a vibrant infusion of Latin flavors with Dominican heritage.

Upon entering, the bar immediately catches your eye, with its elegant stone counter and facade adorned with intricate brass studded wooden tiles. The bar lounge, a sanctuary of intimate conversations, boasts plush velvet tall back chairs, softly lit by custom brass pendants. The dining areas offer a harmonious blend of textures, with a vibrant chevron mylar wall covering, and hand painted whitewashed metal tiles at the ceiling. Walking through the back corridor feels like a journey into a secret world, with a bronze graffiti mirror spelling the word "Brave" (an homage to the veteran owner) and flush doors that disappear into the veneered walls.

The design of this bar by Alfonsina Romero Design brings Latin cuisine into a speakeasy culture, creating an experience where guests can enjoy modern cuisine amidst a mesmerizing backdrop.
