Our process moves through three integrated phases: Conceptual Design establishes the vision through mood, narrative, and preliminary plans. Design Development refines layouts, materials, custom elements, and budgets with full documentation. Implementation carries the work through procurement, coordination, and installation. Beyond interiors, as a creative director and visual artist, Alfonsina Romero supports clients with special events, ensuring every detail is aligned from first concept to final reveal.

One-time, high-impact design consultation, ending with actionable next steps and procurement support.
TIER 2 CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Includes strategy and a fully articulated design vision, with up to two revisions. Implementation by client.
TIER 3 FULL DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
Includes initial strategy and approved conceptual design, for a fully managed, start-to-finish design vision. Up to three revisions. From concept through final styling.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Creative direction and planning for events, seasonal decor and styling. Programming for launch events. Press and media collaboration.
